With the constant changes and uncertainty with respect to the impact of the COVID-19 situation, our priority at PMG Hotels & Resorts remains the wellbeing and safety of all our guests.

Therefore, we have taken additional measures to ensure the cleaning and hygiene at all our hotels match the highest international standards at all times.

Our Commitment to Cleanliness and Hygiene:

  • Increased frequency of public areas cleaning, including lobby, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.
    Use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
  • Increased deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers.
  • Implementation of effective response procedures, enabling us to act swiftly, professionally, and calmly should we be alerted to a case of COVID-19 at the hotel.
  • Avoidance of handshaking among our staff and during interaction with guests. For the moment all our staff will be using the Sanskrit “Namaste” greeting. We encourage all our guests to adopt this wonderful greeting form.
  • Our teams have been instructed to increase the frequency of washing hands and using hand sanitizers. We advise our guests to do the same.
  • Guests and staff are advised to keep a 1-meter distance when speaking to others.
  • All team members have their temperatures measured when they arrive at work.
  • All guests, visitors, and suppliers have also checked their temperatures measured when they entering the hotels area.
  • Any staffs with a cough or other symptoms are not permitted to work.
  • Our kitchen staffs are all wearing face masks and rubber gloves.
  • While our team members undoubtedly understand the seriousness of the situation, they will carry on with joy and smiles and stay calm, avoiding hysteria at all time.
